And be prepared for a journey into yesteryear filled with fun, relaxation, and adventure.
Both our teens and my husband and I loved our train ride! We've ridden the Santa Train for two years, and our teens (12 y boy, 16 y girl) absolutely love it! How fun it is to take a trip to the North Pole through St Marys! And Santa is even able to take a break from his busy schedule and drop in to say hi! We have not ridden the other themed rides, such as the Wild West train and the Ghost Train, but I have heard that they are super fun, too. Don't miss this!
We loved the whole experience, our kid's enjoyed every minute of the train ride. We loved how involved the characters were on the train and the staff were super friendly. We had a great time, worth the money and drive. We will be going back.
Our family of three that included a 3 year old took a Wild West Train ride today on the St. Marys Railroad. DO NOT MISS this attraction!! EVERY child of every age seemed to enjoy their time on the train. The cast members were authentically invested in making sure every single person enjoyed their experience. The show continued in narration, music, and even performance on the ride to and from the midway point - where a real gunfight ensued. What a show! I especially loved the history of the re-enactment that took place. The gunfighters boarded the train and graciously offered to take pictures with the passengers on the return ride. On the grounds surrounding the Theatre by the Trax, they also had an interesting Native American village, more train cars and items great for picture taking moments, concessions, and vendors with souvenirs. This experience was worth every penny we paid. I was truthfully impressed with such a production. Saint Marys might seem small, by the St Marys Railroad is doing big, wonderful things. You've got to see it for yourself!
